1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Playtest Labs mobile application and all associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Use

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party.

4. Single Account Policy

Playtest Labs strictly enforces a "one account per person" policy. Use of multiple accounts by a single individual, or use of the same device for multiple accounts, is a material breach of these Terms. We use proprietary technology to identify such behavior. Violation will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

5. Loyalty Points and Rewards

The Service allows you to earn virtual loyalty points ("Units"). Units are not legal tender, have no cash value, and do not constitute your property. Units are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access certain rewards. We reserve the right to change, limit, or terminate the Units program at any time.

6. Reward Redemption

Redemption of Units for rewards (e.g., gift cards) is subject to availability and our verification processes. We reserve the right to require identity verification, including facial recognition or government ID, as a condition of any payout.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any VPN, proxy, or location-masking software.
• Use any emulator, virtual machine, or automated bot/script.
• Access the Service from a rooted or jailbroken device.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity to artificially accumulate Units.

8. Third Party Content and Games

The Service provides access to games and content owned by third parties. We do not control or endorse such content and are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party products.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Playtest Labs LLC. You are granted a limited, personal license for non-commercial use only.

10. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Playtest Labs application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

11. Modification of the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice to you.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYTEST LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Playtest Labs LLC from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
